A: During your first massage therapy session, Travis will take the time to discuss your health history and any goals or concerns you may have. He will then tailor the session to your specific needs. You can expect a relaxing and healing experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. 

A: The frequency of your massage therapy sessions will depend on your individual goals and needs. However, most people find that regular massage (1-2 times per month) offers the most benefits. 

A: Massage therapy offers a variety of benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved circulation, reduced pain and stiffness, increased flexibility and range of motion, improved sleep quality, and relieve tension headches.

A: Our rates vary depending on the type of massage you choose. However, we offer competitive rates and package deals to save you money on the massage services you need. 

A: You will be provided with a clean, comfortable massage table and sheets. You may wear whatever you feel comfortable in (loose-fitting clothing, shorts, etc.) for the arrival of your appointment. Travis will use a draping technique to ensure your privacy during the session as the best results occur without clothing. 

A: Deep tissue massage is beneficial as it helps to release muscle tension, increase blood flow, and improve range of motion. It can also help to reduce pain and stiffness in the muscles and joints. Read more at our Blog by clicking HERE

A: We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we do ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can accommodate other clients. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a  cancellation fee.

A: We are open Monday through Thursday, 10am to 7pm and Friday through Saturday 9AM to 2PM. However, we understand that not everyone can come in during those hours. If you need to schedule an appointment outside of our normal business hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

A: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

I am a trained provider of breast massage, and have met all the Washington State requirments outlined in WAC 246-830-555; all WA Licensed Massage Therapists must meet these requirements before undraping the breast/chest area of all clients of all genders. Breast/Chest massage can be helpful in healing shoulder, neck, or back pain; breathing restrictions due to chronic asthma or bronchitis; or post-surgical pain or scarring in the breast/chest area. Breast/chest massage can also release anxiety and increase relaxation when included in full body, stress-reduction sessions.

To legally perform or undrape the Breast and Chest, verbal and written consent must be given. If at any time you feel uncomfortable after giving consent you are encouraged to verbally revoke consent at any time. I will not massage the breast or chest without verbal and written consent.
